Key Performance Area:

• Conduct feasibility study promptly upon receipt of the RFQ with the CFT team.
• During the RFQ phase, thoroughly review all customer requirements with the CFT team.
• Read and understand technical and packing requirements of the customer.
• Organize and conduct kick-off meetings for all new projects.
• Ensure timely kick-off of all proto and production suppliers for the project.
• Regularly review supplier development status for new products.
• Ensure timely project initiation, monitor, and control throughout.
• Conduct weekly project review meetings with the CFT team.
