Deputy Manager/Manager – Metal Hose Assembly

Key Performance Area:

• Understand the monthly production plan and conduct machine, material, and manpower planning.
• Identify material requirements and generate purchase orders.
• Prepare daily production plans according to shifts and targets, and achieve the production goals.
• Monitor the execution of the production plan and maintain coordination with purchasing, QA, and other necessary functions.
• Identify problems related to material, machines, and quality, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Achieve daily production targets as per the plan.
• Oversee continual improvement of production, quality, and cost-saving practices.
• Conduct daily meetings with operators and provide guidance to enhance performance.
• Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods to the Dispatch department as per the schedule.
