Key Performance Area:

• Develops and inspires a common vision and engagement with both short-term / long-term targets for the Plant Management Team in accordance with agreed business strategy.
• Manage and develop plant staff and create a great place to work culture. Support to recruit potential candidates to induct in the team.
• Ensure the plant is operated through the optimize inventory level.
• Ability to handle the Warehouse processed to maintain Inventory accuracy and Location accuracy.
• Ensure the plant is compliance to Finance and Legal processes as per Government guidelines.
• Ensure to maintain the MIS in accordance with the company norms.
• Drive profitability in operations to meet the P&L target as per business strategy.
• Support team to recruit and retain right talent and create better work culture.
• Provide leadership to departments under their control and coach, mentor and develop direct reports and manage a high performing team that delivers. continuous improvement, added value and cost reductions.
• Coordinate with engineering to ensure repeatable manufacture of product while maintaining quality, safety and environmental standards and achieving cost targets in a timely fashion.
• Represent the company in front of customer and drive excellence and achieve Highest customer satisfaction at all levels.
• Launch and Commercialization of new products.
