Key Performance Area:

• To manage the manpower deployment in his shift, according to the availability/strength of employees
• Responsible to run the plant in his shift as per planned schedule
• Should have knowledge in material management
• He should have been proactive for next planned maintenance to avoid the break down
• Responsible for material arrangement in proper way in his shift
• Responsible to maintain the documentations like production logbook/maintenance logbook/quality related issues in his shift
• Overall, he is the responsible person in his shift
• Ready to work in shift basis
